About Me:
vegie for 31 years-used to be vegan as in didn't use anything that had any animal products or been tested on the them to the best of my awareness--slipped somewhat over the years--used to actively promote this healthy eating lifestyle infinately more than I have for some years and a more compassionate attitude towards the treatment of our animal friends--would like to become more conscious again of what I feel deep within and get back on track

It rained here last night. There was loads of thunder and lightening too..I was laying in bed listening to it, its really relaxing. Funny really, I love walking in the rain, most people think im mental for it lol...yeah family tree stuff is well interesting but yeah I know its annoying at times (so I've heard anyway) :0)

Hey Janet, how are things? Drop me a line anytime. Have you done much gardening this year? I've been harvesting lots of tomatoes lately, it's a good year for them here. Otherwise my garden is just so so. It's been really hot here, usually in the 90's. I am getting lazy this time of year, not doing much outside, trying to stay cool.

exactly!! and that is why i have not gone for a decade to a potluck.

like harpies, they hover first and then descend upon your meal, not even leaving a few morsels! you have nothing left and you can't eat their food.

there is simply no justice yet in some parts of life. :(

yes i recall those days too. you were either seen as 'holy' or totally insane the latter being the far more prevalent. i guess veg has lreally 'arrived' now that we are getting so much junk food in that area :(
